Umut Guner has received education in history and philosophy. He completed his master’s degree at Kocaeli University.
He has been involved in various social, cultural, and intellectual activities in foundations, associations, and organizations for many years. He has written articles on political science and international relations in Turkish and American media.
He has book projects and published academic articles in international refereed journals. He is currently working as a political expert at Berkeley Institute. He conducts academic specialization studies in Medieval History, Social and Political Organizations, State, Politics, and Power Philosophy, and Political Theories.
He is the founder and director of the Berkeley Institute.
